Our
Story
Get to Know Us
QTEN is the result of months and years of asking our community members, "If you could improve one area of your life, what would it be and how?" The overwhelming majority said they would like to improve their employment situation in one way or another.

We have taken the responses to "how would you like to change your employment situation" and curated programs and services around three main areas of focus: for the workers, for the community, and for businesses.
Our Mission
QTEN's mission is to provide guidance, connection, and advocacy for Queer and Trans people in the workforce.
Our Vision
Our vision is a world where Queer and Transgender people have affirming employment environments and the support to obtain affirming employment.
